Batch Notes: 

This year's Buckland has all of the brightness of lemon and wildflower honey that you know and love with a greater depth of flavor from this year's harvest of rooibos green tea. 

Because the honey we used this year is a bit darker, you'll notice that it's more of a rich amber in the color (see the pic above of the mead in a glass, taken today).
