If you ever find yourself on the prow of a longboat out of sight of shore with seawater freezing on the deck and the rigging, this is the mead for you.

It’s also really nice on a crisp autumn afternoon.

This mead is brewed with honey, cinnamon, rosehips, and Vermont maple syrup, then aged in rum barrels.
