These are all of Ricky’s actual notes on our meadery operation and the mead we make. There might be profanity, usually of the late 19th Century variety. The only redactions are to remove the names of people and businesses when deemed appropriate. Footnotes provided by Jess and Kelly.

Holy. Everloving. Smokes. It didn't really sink in how much mead we sold at Renn Faire until I saw all those kegs. I'll clean them tomorrow or the next day so I can keep dialing in the machine.
When we switch providers, suppliers, etc. please let everyone know, Ricky.[1]

Things are running super smoothly in the packing room, even with our new, experimental packaging.
Jon let me know pallet count so hopefully tomorrow is a big canning day. I was going to brew Nordic today, but Erik bonked his head so we wanted to take him home to check him out. He's absolutely fine, thank goodness.

[2] You'd damn well better. Love, Kelly
