These are all of Ricky’s actual notes on our meadery operation and the mead we make. There might be profanity, usually of the late 19th Century variety. The only redactions are to remove the names of people and businesses when deemed appropriate. Footnotes provided by Jess and Kelly.

Both spritzers are prepped! I sure hope the labels get here tomorrow!

Spent all day fighting with the far side indexer. Literally half the run was canning and the other half was screwing around with it. I definitely made it worse for a while there.
Also, we had a running joke about the humidity making the machine irritable. Well, guess what, we had sticking pistons on two separate machines and it WAS the humidity. Little bit of mineral oil did the trick. So glad Jake was there to tell me what to do.
New sensor is installed and working fantastically.
This stuff looks absolutely gorgeous!

My adjustments worked! No can slippage finally! Good thing because I needed to screw around with the depal throughout the run.
I really need to install that mirror so I can see the depal. It just never seems like the right time.

Time to start packing up Ancient Collection for the secret project! Spritzers are already flying out the door.
